REBEL HEART Trucking is committed to protecting its employees, contractors, visitors, suppliers and the public from injury or loss.  The success of our company is dependent on our health, safety and environmental performance.  We believe that all occupational injury, illness, property or environmental damage is preventable.

Our goal is to demonstrate industry leadership in providing a safe and healthy work environment, in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements.  To achieve our goal, safety will take precedence in all Company operations and proactive risk management will be ongoing.

While management has the overall responsibility for the health and safety of all personnel at REBEL HEART Trucking, all workers and contractors shall comply with the Health, Safety & Environment program at all times.

• Management is responsible for policies and purchases to promote and maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally sound workplace.
• Supervisors are responsible for application of the Health, Safety & Environment Program with all workers, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Workers are responsible to perform their jobs safely; to follow and adhere to company policies, procedures and safe work practices.
• Contractors are responsible to ensure their compliance with this Health, Safety and Environment Program.  Their work performance must equal or exceed industry standards.
